4) to fulfil the specific services requested at the time of booking;
5) use the credit card issued as guarantee for any penalty charge in case of cancellation after the deadline granted to exercise the right of withdrawal defined in confirmation of the reservation, or in the case of no-show (no-show procedure);
6) direct marketing, that is to say sending advertising material by e-mail, completion of market research or commercial communication of services offered by the Company, newsletter; this activity may also concern products and services of HOTEL FELLINI S.R.L. and be carried out by sending advertising/ information/ promotional material to email pursuant to art. 130 c. 1 and 2 of D. lgs. 196/03 e s.m.i.;
7) register on the hotel mailing list to receive periodic commercial or promotional communications;
8) evaluate any curricula received in a manner compatible with any internal needs;
9) statistical purposes in anonymous form (to assess the number of accesses, etc. ).
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points 1), 2), 3),4) and 5) related to a pre-contractual phase
and/or contractual or functional to a user’s request or provided for by a specific regulatory provision, is mandatory
